No, we are not in-network with any health insurance providers. Ascend Physical Therapy chooses to be out-of-network with all health insurance providers because we don’t want your treatment to be dictated by what an insurance company may or may not allow. This allows us to create a customized physical therapy plan based on your needs and your goals.
You may receive reimbursement for your sessions through your insurances out-of-network benefits. Ascend Physical Therapy can provide you with a superbill, which is an itemized receipt that you can send directly to your health insurance provider for any out-of-network reimbursement you may qualify to receive.
